If you have a medical question, the receptionist will take a message and a technician will call you back as soon as possible. If a doctor needs to speak to you, they will call you back. Doctors generally return phone calls after office hours.
If your pet is sick, it is generally best to come right in rather than wait for a return phone call. We may not be able to return your call until after office hours and you may end up making an emergency trip.

If you need to refill a prescription, please e mail your request. Include your name (Smith, John), your pet's name (Max), the name and size (100 mg) of the medication, the dosage (twice daily), the number requested (60)and the doctor who prescribed it (KM). Please allow 1 business day for us to fill your prescription, we will contact you if we cannot fill your request.
If you have a medical emergency and you call when the office is closed, you will hear a recording with the number of our emergency paging service. If you call the emergency number, they will page the doctor on call who will call you back. The doctor who returns your call may be one of our own veterinarians or a veterinarian from one of the other 2 clinics that share emergency duties with us.
